Does your iLok have to stay connected while running Pro Tools?
I was gonna quit Pro Tools 10 and took out my iLok out before doing so. I thought I'd get an alert message or something but no problems, I'm still running my session.
Kind never really thought of this but... Do u use your iLok just to open the program Or should my iLok stay connected at all times?

Connected at all times, more so with Pro Tools 9/10 than some old versions.

Up until PT8 it was only needed when PT started. Since PT9 iLok must be available at all times.
