Default Virtual guitarist or alternative for PT

For quick ideas, does anyone use this VST instrument/plugin with an fx-expansion VST/RTAS wrapper in a protools setup? Is it reliable and does it work OK? Is there an alternative that would work in a PT7 setup? Thanks, Bob.

Hi,

Using both accoustic and electric editions fine with fxpansion wrapper ver 2 in PT 7.2

I know VG mkll had some issues in Pro tools so i don't know if they have been fixed!!!

Chris

Any comparison to Real Guitar?
Steinberg VG requires another USB-Key format.
(I-Lok conflicts?)

Hi
I haven't tried steinbergs VG, but I must say that RealGuitar is the most fun and useful plugin that I think I have ever bought. Especially useful as I'm a keyboard player, not a guitarist.
Only acoustic guitars at the moment though.

Kim
