Default Delay When Committing or Printing

I'm having a problem, that's come up several times over the years, but I've never found a solution for it. I'm trying to commit a track and Pro Tools is causing a delay of around 127 samples to the committed (or printed) track. The screenshot I've attached shows the printed track (on bottom) that's been delayed. It's about the same amount of delay whether I'm printing or committing.

Delay compensation in on, and with only a single instance of FabFilter's Pro-Q 3 on the track, it's obviously still displayed in green (not orange or red). So, according to the delay compensation, committing or printing this should work without causing any delay. Restarting Pro Tools, and then my MacBook Pro, haven't fixed this problem.

System info:
Pro Tools Studio 2023.12.0
MacBook Pro M1 Max
OS - Monterey 12.6.8

I'll also note this this is a very small session, with only 14 tracks and very few plugins, since it's just any editing session for a few sound effects I recorded.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Default Re: Delay When Committing or Printing

Does it happen with any other plugins? What interface are you using?

Default Re: Delay When Committing or Printing

Is ignore errors on? Turn it off.

What is the H/W buffer size?

What are the track inputs? from? If you have no inputs to that track turn inputs off and see what happens.

What phase mode is Pro Q3 in and what latency is showing up on that track?

Can you reproduce this is a trivially simple session and share that whole session?

It's also impossible to understand exactly what your screenshot is showing.

Remember depending on what mode the plugin is in there can be significant signal shape changing and frequency dependent lags due to the phase behavior of the EQ being properly modelling by the plugin
