Default Purchased $99 upgrade from PT11 to PT12 on 12/28
Purchased $99 upgrade from PT11 to PT12 on 12/28, and still no product to download. I provided my ilok account, it shows as "linked" within my avid acc...Am I missing something?

i thought it was not in my account either .. have you looked at all the products in your account ?? I missed mine as it did not say pro tools 12 ... it says Annual Upgrade Plan ... do you see this ??

Avid makes this pretty confusing. You buy the upgrade and they have a DOWNLOAD button which doesn't lead to the place to download your new version. They also don't really make it clear what you're supposed to do. MANY have been confused by this.
