M-Audio Keyboard Recognition

I am haveing trouble with the M-Audio Keystation 61es being recognized in PT10. I have gone to the site and downloaded the drivers for Windows 7 (64 bit). I figured if I purchased an M-Audio product, everything would load up with no problems. (BS!) Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas how to get the keyboard recognized? Maybe there are additional actions I need to preform. Rod
