error: "magic id does not match"
While trying to open a deleted session restored with norton systemworks, I get a error indication "magic id does not match." First of all I didn't know I have a magic id, now I'm told it does not match. Can anyone tell me what this means? I don't think this is a warning from the fashion police--but what is it?

Re: error: "magic id does not match"
Do all of your audio files reside on the drive that the deleted session orignaly had them on?
If not, move them to that drive.. good luck sdf |

Re: error: "magic id does not match"
-This error generally means that the session is "corrupt." Assuming you have one, try reverting to a backup.
-This error can also suggest drive issues. Check the integrity of your drives with Disk Warrior or any other such utility. Repair any and all corrupted catalogs and/or BTree Directories. Brent |
