I dont think thats correct.

D24 + mix farm yeilds a bit more dsp than just a mix core alone.
Thus D24 + 2 mix farms = a bit more than a mix plus system.

I have rigs that are core+farm and d24+ 2 mix farms.

No big deal except the cost of a D24 + Mix farms is about a grand to $1500 less than mix+.

With a PT24 (d24 + DSP FARM) I have 32 tracks, 24 in/outs along with two adat bridges. Adding a mix card (farm) I will go up to 64 tracks and 40 in/outs.
a)is it right?
b)comparing to a mix plus system, which has a mi farm and a mix core... will it be equal or less/more? thanks

In my system I have a Mix Core, Mix Farm and a DSP Farm.

Before that I had the configuration you suggest, and I can tell you that since I changed the d24 for the MixCore of course I have had a much powerful system.

Just keep the DSP Farm!

Since a Pro Tools|24 system (which consists of a d24 Card and a DSP Farm) is less powerful in terms of DSP compared to a Pro Tools|24 MIX core system, a MIXplus would still be more powerful than having Pro Tools|24 and an additional MIX Farm card.
