Default Amplitube.

I have a stupid question. I have amplitube and I want to be able to play through live and change the effects on the segments afterwards. Is there any way to apply RTAS plugins to track "segments"?(breaking the verses and choruses apart and whatnot)... I have to create new tracks to do this right now, and was just wandering if there's a way around it. thanks and merry christmas!

2 ways:
1: use RTAS plugins, create a new audio track and insert effects on it, send the recorded track to the new track, record enable the new track and print "wet".
2: Use the audiosuite digi plugins after selecting individual segments. careful, it overrides the singal, so again, create a new track, copy the full signal in edit, then select segments an apply whichever audiosuite plugin u want one at a time.

I don't think Amplitube shows up in the audiosuite menu though... I think it's strictly RTAS. I could use plugin automation, but that's ALOT of stuff to automate

If I understand you, the "auto write on stop;all" in combination with latch mode would make it easy, but that function isn't available in LE.

it seems to me that you could run multiple instances of amplitube on the track, and then use plug in automation to mute/unmute the appropriate instance of amplitube during the appropriate section. i do not have amplitube, so i don't know how much cpu it eats up. you could then print the automated stuff to a new track.

I hope my last post didn't come across the wrong way...I just wish digi would add this functionality.
