96k CPU usage?
Hey, track count and IO aside, does anyone know the difference between 48k and 96k CPU usage? I.e. if all things in a session were equal, what percentage increase in CPU usage might one see if going up to 96k from 48k?

Re: 96k CPU usage?
I disagree. I record all my personal stuff at 96k. And due to needing 18 I/O for live band stuff I do 48K. Although the file size is double, and the disk usage goes way up, the CPU doesn't take much of a hit at all on my system. With out any inserts. Even with I wouldn't say double. I can easily mix a 96K session with pretty close to the same plug counts as my 48K sessions, except maybe Eleven LE which is a cpu hog at any samplerate.
