RETROSPECT EXPRESS NOT WORKING
Hi guys...
I'm trying to use Retrospect Express 4.3 with the latest drivers to back up my PT files onto multiple cdr's...but Retrospect is not seeing my interal CDR drive (Sony CRX 140E) Any suggestions?? Thanx |

only time Ive seen problems like this is when I updated the firmware on an DLT drive. I had to upgrade to a newer version of Retrospect.

I've had it installed in my system for about 3 yrs. and I've had this problem about 3 or 4 times. What I have to do is trash your Retrospect folder and reinstall the software. There may be a better solution but thats the only way I can get it to recognize the CD burnder......Peace
