Tracks Failing to Upload to Projects
Hi there,
Looking for some support in why my tracks are failing to upload. So far I have ensured Full Desk Access for protools and avid. My cloud should only be at 3%. I have unistalled and reinstalled Protools. Previously, I have been able to upload tracks no problem. Any thoughts? |

Standard advice is to not use Projects or Cloud at all. Period. It doesn't work and if it does it will eventually not work and you'll lose something.
This should be a sticky at this point.

Lots of previous advice can be found by Google search (use the site: duc.avid.com qualifier) including how many folks work by sharing (zipped together can be a good idea) session folders (not projects) via cloud storage, but download and run them locally (not within any cloud folders). |

Not seeing any issues with our cloud status, and just tested on my system with no problem creating/uploading/downloading Projects. Checking your account shows a Producer Cloud (500 GB) plan which expired 3/22/2023. That would have then reverted back to the included 1 GB storage.
