Problem with MC Mix and Automap on PC PT9HD

Hello,
My Mc Mix worked fine on my PC runnig PT9HD, but after i plug a novation nocturn hui controller, pro tools won't recognize the MC Mix anymore. When i engage the eucon on the peripheral page, I get a "can't load eucon personnality" message.
Does someone have the same problem ?
Sorry for my poor english...
