This unfortunately doesn't´mean anything in regards to AAX ARM M1 in real life.

I have a tons of their plugins and none of those which were listed without the "excl.AAX" tag was working in Pro Tools
neither shown as "Universal". Still x64 only.

So let's hope they come up with real AAX ARM-ready versions sooner or later.

Cheers.

This is what I have from PA when running PT without rosetta:
and it corresponds exactly with the "excl.AAX" in the PA manager info.

Yes. It seems they are silently releasing ARM plugins one by one (which is great) and we will have to wait announcement until they know when everything is good to go.

I should add that I have been using the manager only to check for this missing "excl.AAX" in the info, then I have downloaded from my account on the web site. Don't know if that would make a difference.

Thx for your reply.
I went to reinstall all my PA plugins via the latest version of PA Manager to make sure that I have not missed anything lately (like the AAX ARM update for Neutron 4 ;-)...).

Unfortunately as far as my PA plugins are concerned there´s still not one single one which does appear in PT Native and all are showing still as x64 in PT Prefs 2 2023.

So I´m still waiting...

Cheers.

@ VRW none of the brainworx plugins have been updated for native aax yet, I'm told they're coming soon. I'm quite happy though that all the Plugin Alliance/Unfiltered Audio plugs got updated last week.

FYI.... UVI just dropped version 1.1.3 of DualDelayX... the AAX is now Apple Silicon native. Run UVI Portal to update! :)
