Pro Tools Perpetual Upgrade from Pro Tools 11.. Lose Old license?

I still use Pro Tools 10, and the 10 license is connected to my Pro Tools 11 license. I do not want to lose my ability to run pro tools 10 on an old mac pro because of some plugins that will likely never be updated.

If I update to the current pro tools perpetual, do I have to surrender my old license (therefore losing the ability to run Pro Tools 10)?
