PT LE 7 with virtual instrument Linplug Albino
I set up an instrument track and put Albino virtual instrument on it and I'm getting sound from it when I push on the preview button with my mouse but I can't get any response with my midi controller. If I change instrumenrts on the same track such as Kontakt my midi controller works fine. I already contacted Linplug and they said it's a protools issue. Anybody have any suggetstions on how to get the Albino virtual instrument to play from my midi controller. Thanks

Re: PT LE 7 with virtual instrument Linplug Albino
Make sure you're viewing the "MIDI Instruments" part of the Mix window and then set the input in that area to match your MIDI controller. You may also need to assign the Instrument track actual hardware inputs (even though they're not being used). This is a known issue and it only happens with some VI's and not others, Albino is definitely affected though.
