Default I can't figure out how to change the overall tempo!

Now that the song is complete, it feels like it's dragging. So I want to speed it up a bit, and I tried just going from 76 to 80 in the tempo meter section, but all of the tracks didn't follow along withthe new tempo. What do I do and/or what did I do wrong?
Thanks.:confused

Are we talking about audio or MIDI?

Some tracks are midi and some aren't. I just want the overall tempo on all tracks to change.
