Can't even start a new session on Pro Tools SE 8.0
I just purchased and installed my M-Audio FastTrackC400
It came with Pro Tools SE 8.0 I followed installation manuals on both products carefully and accurately. Upon completion of setup, I attempted to open Pro Tools which prompted Product registration. I carefully and accurately filled out the required information on the registration form. Pro tools proceeded me to select from a variation of new sessions. No matter which session I click. I am met with this error message.... "Could not complete your request because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00000004 at address: 0x1005B3A3 in module: Cfnd.dll" I am finding this extremely discouraging and frustrating because the Avid website offers no support on such error code. PLEASE HELP!!! all suggestions welcome! |
