Default Soundminer HD+, ReWire, Pro Tools 12. Mission impossible?

Does anyone uses successfully Soundminer HD+ routed with ReWire to Pro Tools 12? I cannot get ReWire to work, getting AAE error -20038 every time. El Capitain as OSX here.

Being sarcastic or what you are trying to tell? I am not writing what Soundminer claims or not. Soundminer HD+, ReWire and Pro Tools 11 HD sure worked fine together. But after upgrading to new 5K iMac, new OS, new version of Pro Tools HD - not any more.

Sorry I partially had my wires crossed. But you may be running into a know problem.

"**please note PT12.5 is reporting AVID bugs in rewire. It can be 'problematic', not under all circumstances, and its beyond our control. For those relying on Rewire in ProTools stick with 12.4"

Thanks for the link! I am not using Avid Cloud to anything, so I start to figure out how to downgrade to 12.4 HD.

I've never had great luck with ReWire past PT10... I switched to Source Nexus Basic, that way I can monitor any other apps through PT.

No Rewire problems here with SM v4.5 Pro and PT12.5HD. It works just as it always has. Don't know about SM HD+.

Just like Gary, at my workplace we have 6 PT 12.4 systems on Yosemite (avoiding 12.5 like the plague), most are HDX, but a couple HD Native as well, all running Soundminer through ReWire. I don't recall the Soundminer version off hand but will check tomorrow.
