IK Total Studio 3 Installation Error in PT10

I have installed IK Multimedia Total Studio 3. For every selection I click on, I get an error "the plugin could not be made active because a DAE error was encountered. DAE error -7401 was encountered".

IK was installed under an administrator account and installed with 'run as administrator'.

I was finally able to resolve the problem. This plugin package from IK is probably the worst I've ever worked with. The key to getting it to work is to do everything as administrator.
- for every installation disk, right click and 'run as administrator'
- you must launch pro tools with right click and 'run as administrator' every time you run it. Otherwise, you get the DAE errors for every instrument selected.

Once you successfully launch an instrument as an INSERT, you must set the PREFS. The default folder location for instrument sounds related to the selected INSERT is not the correct folder. You must browse for the correct folder and save it as the new PREF. After several hours, I finally got it all working.
