Pro Tools and Avid on same system?

Is anyone running PT LE and Avid Xpress HD or Adrenaline successfully on the same system? I heard PT 7 is a nightmare, but how about 6.9 or older?

i had PT 6.4 and avid Xpress for awhile, i think it was pro
PT asked for its auth code again, but besides that all seemed to work fine. PT plugs showed up in avid although using the DAE uses alot of resources.
it wouldnt work properly with the 002, i think you need a mojo.
i dont know how the adrenaline or the HD software go
you should use XP Pro not home, and of course you need alot of memory.

if you have issues with PT on the same system you should be able to use Avid Pro Tools insted. im not sure if they have kept up with the latest versions of PT.

Thanks for the reply. I think the latest version of Avid Pro Tools is 6.4 which is fine for me. I won't have more than 12 tracks going at a time on this system so not having the optimized RTAS and dual processor capabilities in 7 is no big deal.
