Plugin-problems

Okay so i've installed protools 7.3.1 and the ignition-pack bundled with it, and also the music production toolkit bundle. However several of my plugins i can't get working. I can't even open them in protools. For example reason adapted should be listed under plugins-->instruments, but it's not. Sampletank should be opened by creating a stereo audio-channel and adding it down at the audio-input section, Audio-input-->plugin-->sampletank. I can't even choose plugins here. It has a faded grey colour and nothing happens when moving the cursor over it, or clicking the mouse at it. What have i done wrong?? Please help cause i've been tumbling with it on my own for the past week, and i've been searching around this forum and other places on the net. It's gotten to a point where i've become quite frustrated with this whole getting into protools thing

Now i think i may have the problem solved... apparently this Link was quite usefull :P

I had asked for help at IK-multimedia and they provided me with the link. I haven't installed the updates yet so if it still doesn't work i'll be posting you guys again. Weird how digidesign includes software in the bundle wich cannot be used before updating...
