6042 Errors, unlike past posts

Basic system config is as follows:
G4 Quicksilver (OS 9.2 of course)
17" Apple Flat Panel Display with 15ft DVI Extender in place.
(1) Mix Core (2) Mix Farm cards
(1) 888 24
Surround Sound Setup with Pro Control
Aurora Fuse card
ATTO UL2D SCSI Card
(2) 18GB Cheetah SCSI Drives
-one optimized for video, the other for audio

This system has been in regular use for at least two months or so. In my environment I work for a college in which I am not a regular user and thus have no idea if something might have been done to the system recently that could have caused this problem, although access has most recently become slightly restricted via Mac Manager. So my initial issue was the Pro Control offline AND PCI Bus too busy errors. I found the Pro Control Offline issue to be a ethernet head. I then reconfigured Peripherals to reset the Pro Control all was fine upon looking at the system. As soon as I began to play a session (with a fuse capture, set to view blocks on the track), the PCI Bus too busy, 6042 Error repeatidly occured, on as few as 8 tracks or less with no plugins active. It would occur almost immediately on playback. I have verified that all the tech settings as it relates to ram allocations, virtual memory off, appearance settings ect. I have also verified that both SCSI drives were set to the [20] 10, 32 burst rate and so on. Any ideas?
