Smile No click coming out of click track

Hey hey

So I'm in a bit of a situation. I put a click down on an aux in, as per usual. But lately there has been no 'click' from the plugin. I figure it's got something to do with my MBox2 and MIDI, but not quite sure what it is...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers,
Rob.

Do you see something happening on the aux track and just don't hear it?

If yes:
- Is the aux track's output routed to the outs you are listening to?

If not, try to check:
- did you select a preset in the click plugin?
- is the click switched on in the transport window?
- is it set to click during record only? Or playback? Or both?

I usually just go up top and click on track and at the bottom of the list there is Click, I load that and am good to go, I've Never put a click on an Aux track.

Yeah Numeric Keypad 7 enables the Metronome Click however if you are running Pro Tools 8 and above the Edit Window Customizable Toolbar does not display the MIDI Controls - Metronome button by default and to add to the confusion the Metronome button is also disabled. A little silly IMO.

Try putting the click on an audio track instead of aux, see if it makes a difference.
