Default Recording and delay compensation

Hi,
I got a question about delay compensation in this recording scenario:
- all my tracks are routed to subgroups (all drms related mics to DRUMS aux, all guitars to GTRS aux, etc...)
- subs are routed to main out (192 out 1-2)
- the armed track is routed directly to main out (192 out 1-2)
- I take the musician mix via sends to 192 out 3-4
- in the I/O "compensate output dly etc..." is checked

ADC corrects properly if I put sends to 192 out 3-4 in the subgroups (except for the armed track, which has its own send) instead of single tracks?
I mean, will the audio file placed correctly?

Hope this image makes it clearer...

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Hello,

All looks fine! As long as the track you record onto doesn't have an aux pre or post of the audio track! I.e input routed directly to the track and the track routed direct to the master outputs, then ADC will put it in exactly the right place on the timeline.

And obviously no plugins on the master output!!

Of course no plugs, no aux.
