Default Anyone Notice....

Has anyone noticed that there are more posts in the Windows host based forums than there are in any of the other forums?

Something like 199-some odd thousand, compared to the 127-some odd thousand in the Mac based TDM forum (at the time of THIS posting).

Every time I log in, almost every day, there seems to be several pages more of new posts in the Windows host based forums, than in the TDM forums.

I wonder if that is indicative of the fact that Digi sells more host systems to Windows users, or that Windows users have a harder time getting their equipment to work than Mac users. If the later, do you think it is because Digi expends less time and energy and money on their Windows implementations than on Mac?

I wonder what the actual sales figures are, for Host based systems in general, compared to TDM systems...

I have a feeling that there are gobs more pc le users...and historically more mac tdm users than pc tdm users...but still far less tdm users than le users in total...that sort of seems to fit the post numbers I think.

Also I would think that TDM would have less technique posts than we do.

...or they're just don't have enough time to post; too busy troubleshooting, reloading OS, debugging OSX, or out shopping for their new PC components...
