Also, and I've posted about this lots of times, the Eleven Rack control window which they stopped including IN pro tools... then there's the bug where it opens a million miles...

I've been an Eleven Rack user for years I actually have 2 of them) and have recently switched because
1) Pro Tools abandoned the Eleven Rack long ago and stopped updating drivers
2) those drivers...

this didn't work for me, but a full restart... including 11 R... did
Mine is the kind of issue where it's only coming out the right speaker... I saw that someone has this issue only out the left...

When PT is not loaded, you should generally be able to hear your guitar or mic through the 11R and your speakers. But when you start PT, it should take over and mute that sound UNLESS you have a...

unfortunately, it seems Avid has left us out to dry and hasn't updated anything for 11r in YEARS.... but there is a way to get the editor...

Finally found it...
in Regedit
search for the key: "...\Software\Avid\ElevenRackEditor.exe"
I had to delete the key, re-install (repair) and then manually edit the reg keys ... the App Left key...

When I turn in AAF or OMF to the production company for their editors, can't I somehow keep PT fades without rendering them? They're editing on AVIDs, so you'd think...

exporting clip based gain to AAF

When I export to AAF, it seems that PT 10 renders the clips based on the clip based gain settings... so if I have a clip at low volume using clip based gain, when I open the resulting aaf, that clip...
