We know its PT because if you play a QT Vid using QT stand alone. The video in most any format is instantly responsive. Add PT and boom a .4-.7 sec delay.

There are literally hundreds of commercial SFX libraries, including foley, yet we all still open a mic. if only to sweeten the existing tracks. I'd start with a list of whats missing...cuz at 10PM on...

I Find this happens when some part of the current session regarding video in the session gets corrupted. Save time:
Save Copy in. Reboot PT/or computer. It goes away. Especially check with H264,...
