I think something might possibly be broken at Avid's end.
I had the same issue, and they had to give me 3 new serial keys before it would activate.

If a full editor isn't going to happen on Windows and Mac, how about just a program for importing and exporting presets?

I find myself tweaking patches with the hardware knobs even with Pro Tools...
