& by the way, this disc IS available for video, as says windows > workspace, strange it wouldn't be available for audio?

Drives were never formatted in os 9, it's been an X-system all the time. No classic environment. Ownerships are not the problem.

Ownerships tried, no effect. My disks were formatted mac os X from the start. This this never ran os 9.
