Well, I did try unchecking it and restarting the computer. It remained unchecked. Short of removing the driver, I'm not sure how else to go about disabling it. I also updated protools le to the...

Yeah. It's running. TO be specific, I rebooted, checked running services, and started that driver. Still no inputs. Any other thoughts?

Red face missing midi inputs in protools le

Under

Setup -> Midi -> Input devices

The only option I have is my old edirol usb sound card. digidesign midi inputs seem to have vanished. Any ideas?

intermittent static in 002 rack

I pull up a session, and out of nowhere, I get these 1 or 2 second long bursts of white noise on two tracks plus the master and aux faders. What the heck?

Unfortunately, I do not have a 20 foot USB cable, nor do I think they make them. Logistically, I can't set up my controller close enough to the PC without blocking a doorway. This is why I'm using...

Okay, I located (digidesign) mme refresh and verified that it is set to startup automatically. When I checked services earlier, I was just looking for something called "MME refresh" in the services...
