Digidesign does not officially support any versions of Vista other than business (which I have used without issue) and ultimate. Best of look in getting home premium to work though!

Pro tools does not work so well with Vista (yet). I'm hoping that we will see improvements with updates and perhaps even SP1 on Vista.
