Cool Programing question: Axiom pro 61

Are the M-Audio Axiom keyboards programable and work with the REAPER DAW? I have the Axiom Pro 61 with Hyper Control. Hyper Control does not seem to be recognized by Reaper.

Yes, that is what I have done that works. I thought there was some other way ( I thought i had just read something along this topic, but can't find it now) to slay the beast.

what spectral or spectrum analyzers are available(free or commerical) to help with eq. Using PT8 in windows xp. Need it(mostly)to clean up the freq in the low to mid-low end of the sound spectrum....
