What about a mixture of SCSI and ATA? Is it possible to run my system and ProTools LE off of a SCSI drive and record onto the Ultra ATA?

I plan on purchasing a new G4 and the 001 sometime in the next month or so. I'm wondering what I should do about drive selection.
