PT HD and Medical Marijuana

Will an HD3 run well with:

-a G4 dual 533, OS 10.3.x (x=8,9?)

-a PowerBook G4 667 and Magma CB4, 10.3.x

Just to follow up... I bought a Gee Three stealth serial card for my G4 (which turned out to be cheaper than that silly USB/Serial adaptor), replaced the internal modem with it and it works great...
