Hey guys,

Can you nudge the track with UAD-2 plugs on instead of using the ATA plugin?

I'd rarther nudge but didn't no if the UA card reports latency properly.

Will be buying one soon :)

Like everyone else says. If you like one piece of software use that instead of the other. Thats why there are lots of different software companies, so you can choose.

So i'm upgrading to a Mac Pro and a 003 soon and i am really interested in the UAD plugs. I haven't heard good things about them and Tools.

Would i have to manually compensate for each plug like...

Recording live show next week, a few questions...

We have decided that we are going to use my MacBook running 7.4.2pr. I have a mbox mini running on this machine but we are going to be using a 002. I have never had any digi hardware except my mbox...

I fixed it!

It just made all of the gates inactive.... All i had to do was make them active.

I looked in there and the only things in there were Xpand! and eq11 (or whatever its called)

No sign of gate anywhere.

Any other ideas?

Why did i loose...

The gate plugin when i updated to 7.4.2pr, 10.5.3?

I had a load of them on one session that was still in use, I know i shouldn't have updated halfway through projects but i was hoping for some bug...

There should be a serial number on the back of your box.

That will also be in the documents that came with it i think.

Go for the MacPro. You can change and add stuff to the Pro like HD cards if you endup going that way.

It probably a better all round computer as well.

It all depends on how many tracks your using i guess.

I've never used HD so i cant really help much but if i were you i would go with HD.
You get so much more with HD.
