Should I move to PT 2018.12?

Currently running PT 2018.7 on 10.13.6 and doing good (aside from my slow old iMac). Is there anything new or significantly worthy in 2018.12? :confused::o

When will this happen? Why would it allow to install Falcon without providing activation codes? Now every time I launch PT, I get the pop up window requesting Falcon activation...

I know, right? Works beautifully for Melodyne workflow. Commit and Freeze have been there for a while now.

However, I never saw that the freeze feature made much difference in saving CPU or memory...

I was just looking into this. I was on 2018.7 and macOS 10.3.5 and it was a nightmare. Went back to 2018.4 and things are running soother. Then I saw Avid's 10.3.3 alerting not to go past...

That driver would only be present if you installed the optional low latency driver, which I didn't. That's not the answer Focusrite...:(

Apparently the latest version of Sierra 10.12.2 is, for some reason, splitting the Scarlett 2i2 in to two separate devices: One is an Output device and the other is an Input device, which I think...

Some people saying Apple and others 12.7 at fault... Were you on Sierra and PT 12.6 and everything Ok? was it the 12.7 upgrade that initiated the issue for you too? Did you try 12.7 on El Captain?
