I can get the SR-16 to send MIDI, and record it, however I can not get anything to work (MIDI wise) once I plug the MIDI In into the unit.

It sounds pretty limited (SR-16) though.

Pro Tools Midi control of Alesis SR-16 Drum Machine

Does anyone have any idea how to set up Pro Tools LE 6 and an Alesis SR-16 so that you can control the tempo and other parameters on the Drum module from within PTLE6?
