My advice is to open your window before you throw the computer out. At least that way you only have to repair the computer. Broken windows can be expensive.

Perhaps a longshot but I was having a similar problem with a similar setup. Try disabling the floppy disk drive if your computer has one! It worked for me!

I think the O.P. means a group of plug-ins on a channel. If this is the case you can use 'import session data' to grab the track and import it into a new session.

A friend of mine has given me his pro-tools M-box2 mini with all of the disks/codes etc. He has a 003 with pro-tools 9 and doesnt need it anymore.
He has bought 2 pieces of Pro-tools hardware so...
