I just updated to Protools 2018.12 (don't judge :-) ) but when I try to grab a clip and slide it manually Protools crashes. Did I miss something?? is this no longer allowed?? Or do I have to use...

I heard a rumor that even if I purchase an upgrade, but if I don't use it by a certain time (Feb 1 - I think) that I can lose my upgrade. Did I read something wrong or have I been falsely informed? ...

Darryl… this all worked prior to me updating to PT11.1

UAD FW800 to iMac
DUO FW800 to Seagate

Digi is set to internal clock
11r is set to external
they are both on 44.1k

Just trying to record (one step at a time, will tackle re-amp once this is figured...

After thinking... is it possible that since the motiff is not actually an "instrument" in pro tools that I need to record the midi data, make sure it's exactly what I want and then record the motif...

Just FYI - figured out my problem. I need to be using the Pro Tools Agregate I/O to use BOTH I/O's (11r & Scarlett 2i2) - after some initial problems with buffer issue's changed the format in Audio...

Yep - I've already done that. Contacted Focusrite as well, haven't heard back from them yet.
