Also seeing that Pro Tools is not showing up under "My Products", the only product listed is Avid link. So I have no system ID and thus cannot start a service ticket. Starting to lose my mind....

I did the update and still am not able to upload to the cloud. I am using the subscription platform, Pro Tools Link, not First. When I try to back up the project to the cloud I get the "maximum...

I am unable to back up to the cloud or initiate collaboration. Getting the "maximum number of projects reached" error which looks to be a popular one. Can someone please look into this for me? Thanks!
