Hi,

Having installed 2021.3 in June on my M1 Mac and learned some workarounds for handling video which is not supported, I stupidly upgraded to 2021.6. It seems that these workarounds won't work...

I've been able to use a program called Shutter Encoder to make an MXF file from the Mp4 that PT 2021 will load on my M1 Mini.

It is still EXTREMELY glitchy and unreliable. Multiple restarts...

One more question for you. I've got the utility. Should I be trashing everything in the list;

ie: digisetup, dae prefs, databases, cache etc etc etc ad infinitum

OR just "Protools Preferences"?...
