Why don't you just rename the folder in which the session resides and the xxx.ptf file containing the session? You don't need PT to do that, it can simply be done within your operating system.

I could be mistaken, but from what I read in the PT compatibility grid, it seems to me the original Mbox was supported up to 10.5.5... beyond that point... no.
