Ok problem fixed, so i took the whole setup down to my supplier and here is what they did, maybe useful for others to know:

what version Firmware are you running? All it says on my about tab is what time and date it was installed, which is 2005--8-26 11:10:02 +930 is this up to date?

Sorry i meant there is no option for ProjectMix under send to or recieve from.
And no AMS does not Automatically see it, so according to the GS guide you can add a device through the drop down menu,...
