Thanks for the replies guys and that Lame encoder tip. I searched and finally downloaded Audacity for OSX, that uses Lame encoder for exporting audio to mp3! :-)

Personally, I don't own any Waves plugins but I worked and used them in some studios, of course they sound great but overall I still think they are overrated and way too expensive for what they do....

If you don't want the plugins to be loaded just drop them all (or the ones you don't need) in the plugins unused folder just above the plugins folder. But honestly, does t it really take that much...
