HAVING EXACTLY the same problem.

The credit card that was paying for the subscription was cancelled. Then, when I submitted the data of a new card, for keep on as a subscriber, the Avid website...

Plugins won't show on my brand new PT 10

I just installed PT 10 (as a upgrade from PT 8) and there are no native plugins. Audio suite says "None" in its menu and I can't add any plugins in the Mix window either.

I own a Mac Book Pro...
