Thanks man, I tried and it worked. Customer care took contact and gave me a new key.

Hello,
same thing happens to me. I recently purchased a used Eleven Rack with firmware 1.0.3, and the expansion pack few days ago. I really wanted to be able to use those new features. Got download...
