What’s there to miss? The answer is latency if you want any plugin on the master buss. This is in the spirit of mixing as you go when tracking a band or whatever. This really needs to be considered...

I must say, HDX is worth saving. Whether or not Avid will step up and do something about is totally another point. If there’s any money in it it might happen, but it doesn’t seem likely.
