In Peak, you have the snap-to-zero function, is like a natural fade. Where can I find that in Protools? Or is it better to create normal fades (the fades are only to prevent pops and clicks).

I am looking to make music on four channels, so 4 speakers placed in a square so i get quadrophony.
Is there a way to do the panning the same way as with stereo? Or do i need to buy extra plugins....
