One way, which is a little cumbersome, is to import session data.
IE Save a copy of the mixed track, then open the copy. Delete all of the audio (NOT from the audio bin). Save and close the...

Buss everything to an aux pair, and record back in to a stereo track. Then export to disk (Shift+Command+K) as an aiff.
This will heal the immediate problem of needing to bounce, anyway...

If a section absoltely HAS to pop, consolidate it (option+shift+3), and then re-draw the pop outta there with the pen tool. Ya know, if all else fails. ...

Works like a charm. We are using one with SAN MP software, and a 9 port switch, which allows more than one mac to access the same session simultaneously (like Abbey Road for Lord of the Rings). ...
