Hi

Is it safe to plug standard hi-fi speakers into M-Box. Do I need to use an amplifier?

Im going to give it a test this week - I've managed to play around quite a bit with T-Racks but it looks like Izotope has some interesting multiband effects and more eq control.

I think ill try automation again - need to use auto write to take it to track. if that fails ill use the submix idea.

Also i found out that the settings thing is an IK Multimedia bug...

move the mouse pointer slowly to the bottom - very finicky but it work if you go slow then use single clicks to move up/down.

I have a suspicion that this may be due to the normalisation bug resulting from D-Verb and processing silence. Any clues?

I have also checked around and found that D-Verb creates a surge when processing silence. Solution is to insert dither before D-Verb. There are some other plugins that cause the same/similar...

Hi

I have had the same problem on and off - i think it has something to do with a few things which I try:

Remove a few plugins.

Add Dither to the master track.

Remove D-Verb.

TRacks EQ Fault?

Since using TRacks I sometimes get a high pitched ear-splitting noise coming out of my protools sessions. The level for the track peaks.

Is this a common problem I think it haappens when a track...

MBox is cool. I have no experience in the digi product but if you want to create a demo M-Box is the way to go.

If miking drums is your key concern then dont buy it though. I have done some drum...

From what I kow its avaiable to users with the amplitube and Tracks eq that come as a bundle with Protools 6.1 and up? Can anybody confirm?

VST-RTAS vs T-Racks

I am considering buying the IKMultimeda upgrade deal (with full versions of Amplitube and T-Racks) or the VST-RTAS plugin. Can anyone suggest the better option?
